Togo DNS Forum: Leon K. Togbedji leads the Team.
DNS Forums are created to address the socio-political willingness of the government, technical and economic capacity of the Private Sector, Academia, and Stakeholders to focus on the critical resources of the Internet within country. In a bit to ensure that Togo is not left behind in the signing of root zones, DNS Forum Focal Point for Togo initiated the call for partnership deliberation.
Leon K. Togbedji, is the Information Technology Officer for African Development Bank | Togo Country Office. He is a member of the Internet Society Togo Chapter. He is a member of the Executive Board, Stakeholder Engagement Digital Webinar Series for Africa (SENDiWSA). Leon brings more than 10years experience to the table in VoIP, Integrations, Internet Protocol, to mention a few.
In a meeting held in Togo with the leadership of DNS Africa Media and Communications, Adebunmi Adeola Akinbo on Sunday, July 2, 2023, it was decided to ensure that 1,000 Technical Members benefit from the Togo DNS Academy, a franchise offshoot of DNS Africa Academy. This will be the second of its kind in Africa.
The Togo DNS Academy will commence a week before the Togo DNS Forum, bringing Government, Telecos and Stakeholders to a roundtable on strengthening the nation’s infrastructure.
DNS Africa and its partners looks forward to the event in Togo.
